Product : As said in the review nice product, high quality but I was just disappointed that the heat pack doesn't heat up as hot in temperature as a wheat bag. Even when you heat for a little bit more than the instruction. I really like the corduroy outside I was specifically looking for that. The packaging, instructions etc were great and very professional looking. Shipping was fast. Thank you.

Questions & Answers
Are these products too large for the microwave?
You can fold the product and then it should fit into any microwave very easily. Important to just heat in short intervals initially and give a shake then reheat just to make sure that heat is being spread throughout the product.
Best heat bag for using on knees?
I would recommend the body medium for one knee and if you wish to have over both then probably the body large. The reason for this is you need the segmentation in the heat bags to stop the lupin from moving around too much. Hence my recommendation of these two models.
What is Lupin?
The yellow legume seeds of lupins, commonly called lupin beans, were popular with the Romans, who spread the plant's cultivation throughout the Roman Empire. Lupin or Lupini Beans are yellow legume seeds of the lupinus genus plant, and were once a common food of the Mediterranean basin and Latin America.isn't the largest body pack size too big to heat in microwave?You can heat in microwave no problems but do need to fold the product over. Make sure you shake well between heating at 1 minute intervals.
Does Lupin have an odour?
All seed tend to have an odour when heated up. Lupin can have a slight smell of popcorn.
How do I wash my Lupin Bag?
Sponge your lupin bag lightly with lukewarm water to remove surface marks, being careful not to saturate product. Hang up to dry as soon as possible. When cover is dry, rub lupin bag briskly between your hands to ensure grains are dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not machine wash. Do not immerse.
What's the difference between Lupin and Wheat?
While wheat is the traditional filler for a heat bag, we have found that lupin is lighter and maintains its heat longer than wheat, thus giving you a longer lasting product. Through our lab testing we have found that our lupin heat bags stay warmer for longer than traditional wheat bags. Our lupin heat packs are also 30% lighter than traditional wheat heat bags which means less pressure on your body.
How long do you heat the product?
We recommend that you initially just heat for periods of 30 seconds, checking the product each time and flipping it over. Once you have tried this a few times you can put it on for longer periods until you get to your required heat. It is important not to heat for too long in the one position at the start as each microwave has different amounts of power and heating rates. Lupin are a natural product and like any natural product will damage if heated to long.
Is it easy to heat in the microwave?
It is bulky and will take a while to heat. You will need to warm, remove, shake, and return several times until you get the desired even heat.
Do they have lavender in them?
All our lupins are pure seed with no lavender or any other scents.
Which is the best heat pack for lower back?
We would recommend either our large body pillow lupin or our back/hip wrap around lupin. We do offer a refund/exchange policy also
